Taking care of yourself and your skin has always been a part of Carla’s life. Her mother and partner of Midcoast Laser Plus, Susan, started her own journey within this industry when Carla was two years old. Carla embraced this industry with open arms. When she became old enough she started working for her mother at Andover Electrology & Laser Center as well as Andrea’s Skin Care in Andover, Massachusetts. She started as a receptionist and through experience moved up into the manager role.

In her early twenties Carla decided to move to Colorado to fulfill her nursing career. While in Colorado, Carla continued within this industry at Body Massage Wellness Spa in Denver as a receptionist and inventory manager. Carla received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2014 as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations Management from University of Massachusetts in 2010. During her inpatient nursing career she worked in telemetry, critical care, and cardiac testing. 

Carla practices as a nurse injector specializing in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She received her basic and advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler training through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. 

Carla is a certified laser practitioner for hair removal, pigmented lesions, vascular treatments, anti-aging skin treatments, and tattoo removal with Cynosure lasers. She received her training at All Care Laser Center in Massachusetts and apprenticed under partner, Susan Ellis. 

She is also certified to perform microneedling treatments with the Rejuvapen NXT device.

Carla specializes in skin assessments and her passion is to help her clients feel beautiful in their own skin by repairing, resurfacing and maintaining their skin’s health. Carla has a welcoming and transparent presence which makes clients feel comfortable while making their personalized skin care plan to enhance their own natural beauty.
